Welcome to Daneshouse Masjid Islamic Education Centre. This is our Main Fundraising page.

Salaam,

We’ve been fundraising at Daneshouse Masjid for a new roof, which urgently needs replacing as it is now beyond repair. Our focus now is to raise funds for Phase 2 - the Structural Works, a crucial step to finally begin the new roof project.

Project Update:

Alhamdulillah, the new roof plans have been drawn and officially APPROVED.

We have now reached the next critical stage: raising funds for Structural Works. This work is essential to ensure the roof is safe, compliant, and long-standing.

Once the structural costs are covered, construction can begin immediately, allowing us to finally make the Masjid fully weatherproof.

Fundraising Progress:

Over the last 2 years we've been fundraising through our Summer Fairs, Chanda and LaunchGood.

Last Ramadan through LaunchGood 134 subscribers (£1 nightly donation for 30nights) helped raise £11,885.33 (many joined late, so we missed out on their £100 boost!). Were pushing this again this Ramadan, its changed to £2 per night for 30nights - please follow the link below to register:
