Vision Statement & Fundraising Appeal

Alhamdulillah, the journey of Quran education and community service in Bristol has reached an exciting turning point. Alhamdullah Quran Academy Bristol has now outgrown its current premises — a powerful sign of growth, impact, and the increasing need for a dedicated space to serve future generations.

Today, we stand on the threshold of something truly transformative.

🌙 A Vision for the Future: Quran Academy Community Complex

We have identified a remarkable new site — one that will, insha’Allah, become a thriving hub of faith, learning, and community life. This is more than a building project; it is a legacy in the making.

Our vision is to establish a Quran Academy Community Complex that will include:

• A Masjid with capacity for over 1,000 musalla spaces

• A fully equipped Madressah for nurturing young minds

• A Janazah / Ghusal facility to serve the community with dignity and care in times of loss

• A car park with 100+ spaces for accessibility and ease

• A community hall for weddings, events, and gatherings

• A welcoming café to bring people together

• Safe and engaging play spaces for children

• Professional offices and meeting rooms

• Waqf income-generating spaces to ensure the long-term self-sustainability of the project

• And many more essential facilities to serve the community

This will be a place that supports the community at every stage of life — from education and worship to life’s most important moments — while also securing its future through sustainable income.

🌱 A Sustainable Legacy: Waqf for Generations

A key part of this vision is the establishment of a Waqf-based model, incorporating income-generating spaces within the complex. These will help:

• Sustain the running costs of the Masjid and Madressah

• Fund community services long into the future

• Reduce reliance on continuous fundraising

• Ensure this project remains a source of benefit for generations to come

This means your contribution is not only building today — it is protecting and preserving tomorrow.

💫 The Opportunity to Build a Legacy

To bring this vision to life, we need to raise £3 million.

Together, this goal is within reach.

We are calling on just 3,000 individuals to donate £1,000 each — a sincere Lillah contribution that will echo in reward for years to come.

To make this journey structured and achievable, we have divided the fundraising into 12 stages:

• Each stage requires 250 supporters

• Each supporter contributes £1,000

⭐ Stage 1: Where It All Begins

Every great project starts with a committed few.

Stage 1 is the most crucial step — it builds momentum, inspires confidence, and sets the foundation for everything that follows.

This is your opportunity to be among the first 250 pioneers — those who step forward at the very beginning of a project that will serve generations.

🤲 Be Part of Something That Lasts

Imagine the reward of every prayer performed, every child who learns the Quran, every family supported, every janazah facilitated with dignity — all continuing long after we are gone.

This is more than a donation.

It is Sadaqah Jariyah.

It is a Waqf contribution.

It is a legacy that lives on.

Will you be among the first to answer this call?

Will you help lay the foundation of something truly lasting?

May Allah accept from all of us and make this project a means of خير for the entire community. Ameen.
